Don’t Get Mad Get Even!

5 Jun

When we last left you… it was clear that the state “Denial” was only going to get you so far and it was time to make a change! Soooo….

If you are reading this then we can assume one of two things: either you are committed to completing the assignment given, or you are just joining us and have not read our previous post. If the later applies to you, please take a moment to review It’s so Hard to Say Good Bye to Yesterday before you proceed so you’re in the loop!

Like we said before… around the 14th day you are going live up to the stereotype of a Mad Black Woman, because you’ve moved onto the next stage of…

“This is ridiculous! I have been eating nothing but lettuce for two weeks and I’m still the SAME SIZE!”… or…

“This dern scale is defective because I KNOW that is NOT MY WEIGHT!”

Please trust dunking hot donuts in a ventinormous low-fat mocha but still a-lotta calorie-chino for breakfast isn’t gonna get it.  Hmmm and don’t resort to quicky diets and useless trips to the gym.

Note: that by diet we mean starving yourself all day and then eating 2500 calories at dinner and waking up at midnight for some ice cream… oh and well your workout will probably consist of walking on the treadmill for 30 min in a VERY CUTE outfit as slow as possible to prevent breaking a sweat yet still looking like you’re excercising (obviously you have no time to re-do your hair)!

You know that’s not gonna work right?!

Anger Assignment:

  1. Say good bye to “fancy” drinks… most are high in calorie and sugar free ones make you crave high calorie foods to go with them
  2. Say hello to sweat… hit the gym or go dancing and don’t leave until get your sweat on
  3. Say “happy to be nappy”…with a fitness-friendly hair style
  4. Sayin’ Ouch?!… muscle soreness is to be expected but pain is not
  5. SAY WHAT?!… working out can make you hungry so BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE EATING
Fear not, this too will pass… before you know it you’ll be at the stage of…
